Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting is a precise and efficient way to cut shapes and profiles from nearly any material, including metal, plastic, foam, and rubber. At JMCO, we use an OMAX 80160 JetMachining Center, which uses a mixture of water and abrasive particles to cut complex flat parts as large as 168" x 80" through sheets of material up to 6" thick. JMCO can cut parts from existing 2D CAD drawings, or our engineering team can design custom parts to fit the application.
